Love It!Timely!

I’ve used this for at least 2 years. I would like the invoice to have a feature to add all of the hours worked and show it as a total number. My employer likes to see the total hour and I have to add it up each time. For some reason the app on my computer doesn’t send email even after going through the set up process - could be user, but I’d like that to work. Over all it’s great for tracking the hours worked as well as the description space for each.

Way to many ads

Bro come on you get an ad after every single click you make 😂 like chill. You can’t even do a task. It’s ridiculous.

Very disappointed

I've been using this app since April 2023 & it worked flawlessly. All of a sudden it just stopped sending invoices by email in February to my clients. No customer support AT ALL. And additionally took my money twice for the yearly subscription

No search, no shortcuts, no stars

The worst part of this app is that it keeps asking for a review and won’t give me the option to move past it

This app makes it easy to keep track of my hours as a freelancer and helps me make and track invoices easily.

Great but won’t stop asking to be rated

I like using the app and it does what I need to do. The biggest issue is the app won’t stop asking to be rated and it’s constantly in the way. I am rating one star because with a software that works well. It constantly causes me to stop and make sure I don’t hit the wrong button and try to send an email because I don’t want to rate the software. If I don’t want to rate the software, it shouldn’t ask me every single time I open it.

I have used this app for many years now. When it was sold I was disheartened a little. The new owners have got it right now.

Great but it needs a duplication feature

I love it but I feel like adding a duplication feature would be great. As well as a “start and end date” for assignments. So if I have a Monday to Friday assignment from 8am-3pm everyday with the same client, I could set it up to do it automatically rather than doing it individually. I suggest that the creators look at the Google calendar app to see what I’m talking about: filtering the assignments for multiple dates. Then the app would be great. I love that it counts my hours for the week and for the month. I also suggest that there should be a “flat rate” option for payment. As some of my assignments are flat rates and mileage. That would be great. Thanks.

I have used a version of this app for the last 6 years. When I updated my phone I was forced to get the pay version. I still love this app. Very easy to use for one or multiple clients.

Too many pop ups

The number of ads in the free version impedes productivity. Ok for use on longer jobs/tasks. Wouldn't be useful for a business with two or more employees. The invoice feature is nice.

I have used this app for small handyman jobs, and for situations when an employer doesn’t have a time-clock set up. It works well.

The free one isn’t worth it

The ads are horrible in the free one, what a waste of time. The first couple days there are no ads and they try and get you to write a review. Glad I didn’t until I used it longer. I am not going to pay for it and so I deleted it.

Like Hours Keeper a lot but….

I’ve been using Hours Keeper for a few years now for my freelance graphic design billing. I use an iPad to operate the software but I have had issues with emailing the invoices. It’s problematic with choosing a client’s email address and sometimes it will not send. I have emailed the developers about this issue but it is still problematic. I wish they would fix this issue.

This is the best app for tracking my time and invoices I’ve ever used. Exactly what I need to punch in punch out and keep track of my daily works. I Recommend to anybody.

This is a great app. It charges by the minute does it matter what time you clocked in clock out? It’s great I actually got more money this month than I ever have working for a contractor in the boat yard

ZERO Customer support

customer service just responded to my bad review. I told them my problem was that the app won't let me sign in to my new device. their recommendation was to 'sign into my new device'. IDIOTS. I just told them that's the problem - it won't let me!!! So I now have to re enter all of my clients manually one at a time, and I can't transfer any of my old data (invoices, etc.). Try contacting customer support directly and it send you to a loop. THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT.

Zero support

App is decent - been using for years. But I bought a new phone and now I can’t log in to my account, so I can’t transfer my data. There is ZERO customer support. They have a ‘contact us’ button, but using that produces an ‘undeliverable’ message. Can’t get any help, and can’t use it on my new phone. Tried to contact them several times, but no response.

Deleting

I’ve used this for 6 years Now there are adds every time I tap somewhere on the app. I’m not buying again!

Upgraded to Pro, but syncing doesn't work.

This app could be great and I really hope things change. I paid 6.99 to upgrade to Pro for Dropbox sync, but there has been no sync/backup functionality after close to a week of connecting my Dropbox account. I've tried everything to get this to work. Experimenting with exporting invoices, etc. Nothing worked. I tried emailing customer support (listed on their product description) and got an automatic reply saying that their email account is full. I also noticed it's been more than a year since their last update. I misread the most recent version as being from 2016 instead of 2015. Developers, please do something about this, especially for people who've trusted that your Pro version would yield some sort of benefit (backups) and have paid the extra money to get that basic functionality. I paid for an upgrade that was essentially like the free version and have found no way to get any customer support. In addition to these problems with the upgrade to Pro, I'm also frustrated (like others on here) with how overtime is illogically reported. With such a high price to get Dropbox functionality that eventually didn't work, I really regret this purchase. I'm moving to a different app and seeing if I can somehow get my money back if nothing changes soon. Update 10/8/17 (changed from 1 to 3 star review) Syncing works, but I’m having trouble removing a photo from my Profile so it doesn’t show up on my invoices. I can only replace it with another photo, but I no longer want a photo since having one increases the size of the invoice PDF. Speaking of PDFs, I would like to see improved exporting options. Right now, I only have email and print. It takes forever to receive the email with the invoice and I send all my resumes digitally so I would prefer if I had the same export options (export as PDF, text, csv, etc. to iCloud, Dropbox, Google Drive, Gmail, etc.) that several modernized iOS apps have. Finally, I can’t change the Invoice Date like I used to. I would like that function back. Also, since I upgraded the free version to Pro from within the app, I’m fearful that I’m not getting the same exact app as Hours Keeper Pro because of all these lingering issues. Just a customer fear I have. Please make these slight, but significant improvements. I could see this easily being a 5-star app!
