I used "clock in at" and "clock out at" feature which I used all the time. Bring it back please!

Missing the ability to create a custom project rate. Not all projects are hourly rate.

Then they updated and they made a huge mistake by removing the option to edit the start and end time. Plus, the new design, while very sleek, isnt as user friendly and requires more effort to access frequently used features. After many complaints and poor reviews, they quickly brought back the missing start time option, but for me, it was too late. I already installed a new app that I actually like more.

I dont like the fact that I cant put in a start time for the clock and let it keep running. Like if I got to work at 8am and I forget to clock in and remember at 10am I cant put my start time at 8am and it catches up to 10am and then continues to track my hours after.

This app was working great until I did the update. Latest update did bring back the "clock in/out at" feature which is good. But it still keeps crashing on me. I can only open one of my two original clients. Trying the other one crashes the app. I had to re add the other client. However, even the clients I can get to, I cant open the details/edit page without it crashing. iPhone 4 with iOS 7.

I used to love this app and used it religiously to keep track of my hour bi-weekly. After the update all of my hours are now added up and I have no idea how many hours Ive done on a given pay cycle. If I cannot figure it out in the next couple of days I will most certainly delete the app and never recommend it like I have in the past. Sad they had to ruin a perfectly good app.

Great App! I purchased the app and it has always worked amazingly for me. Being able to export my timecards via email is great. For the next update I would love to see a recurring time log so I do not have to record the same hours every day. This app has never crashed on my iPad. Very stable and easy to use.

It no longer shows me how many hours I have currently for the day. It no longer has an icon on the app indicating if Im clocked in. It used to even let me know when I was clocked into two jobs. Those were two features that were important to me that all of a sudden disappeared. Tried sending feedback from the contact us link and the email listed is no good. Hate, hate, hate.

I no longer get the notification that I am clocked in, loved that feature. When I go in the app it no longer opens to the clients list so I have to navigate to there, if Im going into the app I am going to a client why not open to that list? The clock in/out button moved and now its not as visible. Dont like the drop down list for navigation. This app used to be much more user friendly.

The app performs without flaw. I have 2 jobs and can keep track of both there hours, inc. overtime. Easy to use interface.

I wish I never updated. The old layout was way better. I cant manually update my time card anymore if I forget to check in I have to wait until after I check out to update the check in. I cant remember that! Its why I used your app in the first place. Please go back to the way you can manually alter the time card at any time - not just once its saved. Hate the new update.

Please change it back! I switch between clients sometimes every 5 minutes. The large clock-in clock-out buttons at the top of the client page was wonderfully easy to navigate. Now they are tiny at the very bottom. Why? And taking away The indicator on the app icon showing that you are clocked in means I forget to clock out. One thing that should have changed was the ability to make a note on the clock-in screen about what work is being done at that time. If you could add that when you revert to everything else that was great about your app, that would be great. :)

>>2nd Update<< Ive been working with the new update for around a week now. I have missed punching out everyday because it doesnt have the "alert" or notification on the app (The red circle with the 1) to remind me to punch out. Really wish theyd bring this back and make the app more fluid. I think it was too many changes too fast. I dont even recognize the interface anymore and its become too complicated for what I use it for. ***UPDATE*** New update pushed resolved crash issues and they have brought back the "clock in at" feature. However, it took me over 15 minutes to locate it. Im still leery of this app now and will continue testing others. ////// I have used this app for YEARS. HOWEVER. Upgraded to newest version today. What. Did. They. Do. They over complicated things like crazy. Now? This app is actually now a pain to use. Very simple interface before. Now I cant figure out how to pre-punch. I now have to go back and edit it at the end of the shift. Time to find a new app.

The app was simple with basic functions at bottom, then they did a design change and I have to do a extra step to do what I need to do. So like the app, just not a fan of the new design as it just pain to go through a new extra step to add in daily hours.

Ive been using this app for awhile and LOVED it during the last update. This one not so much. Im sure everyone uses it differently but now I have to use a lot more taps to do the same thing as before. It also seems a lot less simple than before. And I also miss the notification on the app button to remind me to close everything out. Regardless, thanks for the great app of the past but I may change to another one now.

Used to love this app before update! I have a service based business with 3 employees. Each one texts me when they are in and out. Previously, if I am driving or busy at the time it was simple. I could easily change their times to actual clock in/out times whenever I got freed up. Now, I can only clock in/out at the current time then go back in to change to actual time after clock out. A frustrating detail. Change that back and Im good!

Latest update adds several clicks each time you use it Looking for something easier now

The last update made it hard to clock in and clock out. Bouncing between the dashboard and your client adds a whole lot of steps to the process. If the dashboard had a listing of all the clients or you could tell the app open directly to the clients page it would have much more functionality. As it is its just difficult to use. Im glad I didnt buy it because Ill be looking for something else.
