I just updated the app. In update, it was showing minor bug fixed. But after updating app its crashing every time I try to open. So, Im thinking that they have fixed the bugs or added the bugs..

I loved this app for 6 months and then the automatic update wont let me in to use it and get my data. Found their email and it was returned and not there now. They know theres a problem, as others are experiencing the same problem, but have not communicated with anyone. Would be nice to hear that they are working on it!!!

Add me to list of others whose data cant be accessed now and received prompts to sign up after already being registered and active users. I sent an email to the address listed above, and it bounced back due to a full mailbox on the receiving end. Hoping things improve. This was a fantastic app and very reliable.

I had the pro version. The update made the app completely unusable. It required a login (however previous version did not even have a login) and would not get past login screen. Even when attempting to create a login. I deleted the app in hopes to fix and they act as though I never purchased the app to being with. Will not be spending another $7 for them to lose all my hours/clients again.

I luv this app. The only problem Ive found so far is my settings had the wrong day as the start of the payroll week and when I changed it, it didnt actually readjust the weeks I already saved. Months later now and it will not start my work week as Saturday even tho it shows Saturday as the start date in the settings.

Like several others, the app spontaneously required me to make a login and Ive lost all of my unpaid billings for the last month, not to mention two years of data. There is NO SUPPORT whatsoever--not via email, Facebook, nothing. If you use and depend on this program, you will lose your data. STAY AWAY!!!

I have been using this app for a year. No problems. Then suddenly I have to log in. I do not remember setting up a login nor did I ever have to log in. Then it says my email is already using the app so I cant re do it. Password is in correct so it says they will email me to reset. I did that 3x with no email to reset. I cant get in or get my hours. No way to contact anyone. Accept this board. So now I do not know my hours for Jan. I see I am not the only one with this problem. I will delete it and go with another at this point as I do not see a solution coming anytime soon. As NO RESPONSE TO Other posts. Good job.

After the recent update, I am no longer able to send emails. I cant invoice my clients with this app anymore rendering it useless. I went to the support site to ask for help and this app is not listed on their support site. This app is costing me big money.

Update deleted all records. No support. Horrible product. Do not buy. Mark Renkert south Burlington , VT USA .

Finally found a way to keep track of my hours easily. Great user interface and tons of useful options.

I love how I can track my hours and my lunch breaks and still know how much I am getting paid the week after. Especially when it knows my possible taxes that come out of each paycheck I earn. Pretty amazing

It does its job... a while back they overhauled the interface and it was a considerable downgrade. I am disappoint. Occasionally the app updates but nothing appears to change. If you have multiple invoices open at the same time they all generate the same invoice number. Emailing support does nothing. I have found many email addresses for this company and sent many emails but they have never once responded. Very disappointing.

Well designed time tracking app with aesthetically pleasing invoices. Easy to use and navigate. Ive tried other apps but found this app to be an excellent value.

Easy to use and I have been using about 4 years.i have nothing but praise for this app.Im a bus driver and this fits all my needs.

Great timing too! Was starting to think this app was abandoned.

If you like this app-do NOT update it. I managed to restore my previous version from itunes and manually added in my data entered since the app update. (Email yourself the csv file prior to deleting the app and restoring so you dont lose the newer data) The updates takes away several key functions and reporting, as well as sync ability. Please fix this back to the way it was!!
