I love this app!!!! It keeps track of everything!!!

Great for keeping up with you time pushes at work and keeping up with your pay!

Loved this app until the new update deleted my past data!!

Recent update just deleted all my hours tracked. Not cool. Switching to a better app. Bye

LOVE THE APP! Dislike the multiple steps to clock in or out without a button on the main (opening) screen.

Nice user interface, but improvements are needed: (1) widget needs a "clock out" tab; (2) invoices should take rate/billing changes into account and should not automatically reflect "paid" status; and (3) removing "paid" status from time entries should not require opening, changing, and saving each entry, ie, users should be able to mark multiple entries as "paid" or "unpaid" at once. EDIT: App does account for changes from the time of the change forward, but not for previous entries, which have to be changed manually. Not necessarily a bad thing there, but the ability to change multiple entries simultaneously would be nice. Added two stars to my review. The invoices are spectacular. I will be purchasing the full version soon. EDIT: App does not mark invoices with outstanding balances as "paid" until an amount tendered has been entered. I didnt fully understand the proper use at the time of my initial review. So...Id like the ability to edit multiple entries at once and a "clock out" tab for the widget. More of a feature request than a complaint. Added the fifth star! EDIT: New interface is clean and intuitive. I hope the widget, which is phenomenal, never changes. There should be a simple, workable backup solution and iCloud synchronization is not a substitute. Not having the latter is almost criminal at this point. Lets get that going, devs. 3.5 stars.

Love the app. Got a new phone and cant get logged back in. How can I get help

Ive been using this app for some time now and absolutely love it for keeping track of my hours and pay in one place with a simple user interface. After The new update however, when I try to "clock in at..." A specific time the date displays, the minutes displays, am/pm displays, but the hours dont show up. For this could be fixed sooner than later that would be awesome! Thanks in advance, A Thankful User Thank

Im a consultant and depend on the ability of this app to record time and report the summary to bill my clients accurately. It works without a flaw. Wouldnt use anything else.

After paying to upgrade, it wiped out my data. Please help ASAP as payroll needs to run tomorrow.

Simple and effective! I live in Seoul and I use it all the time. Would give it a 5 if it let me group projects, by client and then projects. This kind of hierarchical grouping would make it even more useful, as well as buttons to add 30/60 minute blocks for those times when you forgot to check in. Overall it does what it says it does quite well.

Its a pretty good app. It helps me keep track of my own hours since I am self employed, and helps me know how much to charge my clients

I just started using this app yesterday and your update deleted all of my hours!

This app was great until it crashed. I reached out several times to tech support and never heard back. Im glad I didnt pay for the upgrade but really upset that I lost all my invoices.

After the recent update, the apps password reset process is not working. Please fix. Im locked out!

Ive used this app to track about 3000 hours and then one day it told me to sign in when I tried it said that the info I put in was not valid and I had to sign up when I did that it made me start fresh deleted ALL my info there was nothing

It erased all my data after the recent update. There was over two years worth of data just gone. I tried to resign in but it keeps saying the username is incorrect. I checked. Its not. So yeah thanks a lot for that.

Ive used this app for about 6mos now. Decent enough app, does what it is supposed to... update comes AND NOW I CANT SIGN IN! Never had to sign in and out before this update. Requested my password and it has not been sent... heard others are having the same problem. Soooo basically the app is keeping my info hostage and I cant find a way to contact the designer... the apps support is not on their website to contact. TOTAL FAIL.

No word from the makers and I cant access my data. Do not buy this app. I have sent several requests to reset the password and it states it sent an email with instructions to reset but I havent received the email. I tried to contact support through the app page in the App Store and it was blank. This months hours are logged into the app (25 days). Please advise how to get my data that has been entered for a whole month!
